On this World AIDS Day, we stress the importance of getting tested and staying informed about various protection methods. Utilizing condoms, pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), and other protective measures significantly reduce the risk of HIV transmission, empowering individuals to actively manage their sexual health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Understanding &#8220;Undetectable = Untransmittable&#8221; (U=U)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A cornerstone in the battle against HIV\/AIDS is the scientifically supported &#8220;Undetectable = Untransmittable&#8221; or U=U concept. This concept underscores that individuals with HIV who are on effective treatment and have an undetectable viral load cannot transmit the virus through sexual contact.
