No wonder: what other festival in Belgium blends boundary-pushing electronic music, radical art, stunning architecture, and queer-inclusive vibes with such effortless style?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From May 1 to 3, the iconic ASIAT site in Vilvoorde transforms into a utopian playground where music meets creativity at every turn. Now in its 11th edition, Horst has evolved from an intimate underground celebration into Belgium\u2019s worst-kept secret, drawing a loyal, Europe-wide following. Originally held at the historic Horst Castle near Leuven, the festival relocated to ASIAT park\u2014an industrial site with warehouses, murals, and even a looming disused cooling tower that gives it a truly otherworldly vibe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Horst isn\u2019t just a music festival: it\u2019s a full experience. Architecture plays a central role, with striking stage designs that elevate the warehouse party to a work of art. It\u2019s a place where community, queerness, experimentation, and openness aren\u2019t just welcomed\u2014they\u2019re built into the DNA of the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This year\u2019s lineup is packed with 115 artists, spotlighting both local legends and international heavy-hitters. Expect genre-defying sets from: <strong>Four Tet<\/strong>&nbsp;(Kieran Hebden) \u2013 Thursday\u2019s standout act, <strong>Erol Alkan<\/strong>, <strong>Job Jobse<\/strong>, <strong>Lefto Early Bird<\/strong>&nbsp;(Brussels\u2019 own), <strong>Palms Trax<\/strong>, <strong>Sedef Adasi<\/strong>, <strong>HAAi<\/strong>, <strong>Vladimir Ivkovic<\/strong>, <strong>Carista<\/strong>, <strong>Simo Cell<\/strong>, <strong>Coco Cobra<\/strong>, and many more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This edition also shines a light on sounds and club cultures from around the world that have been less visible in Belgium.
