Cette d\u00e9cision fait suite \u00e0 des discussions approfondies entre les membres du r\u00e9seau et \u00e0 une \u00e9valuation minutieuse des ressources disponibles.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-prioritizing-genuine-partnerships\"><strong>Priorit\u00e9 aux partenariats authentiques<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tout en reconnaissant l'importance d'un v\u00e9ritable engagement en faveur de l'inclusion des personnes LGBTQIA+, Open@Work \u00e9met des r\u00e9serves quant \u00e0 l'approche adopt\u00e9e par Rainbow Corporate &amp; Pride, l'organisateur de la Brussels Pride. Le r\u00e9seau s'interroge sur le pouvoir de d\u00e9cision unilat\u00e9ral exerc\u00e9 par une seule entit\u00e9 financ\u00e9e par le gouvernement en ce qui concerne ce qui constitue du pinkwashing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Open@Work s'oppose fermement \u00e0 l'id\u00e9e que le simple affichage du logo par ses membres \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 du pinkwashing. Le r\u00e9seau, qui compte parmi ses membres des services publics bruxellois, des entreprises de l'\u00c9tat f\u00e9d\u00e9ral, des organisations \u00e0 but non lucratif et des associations pour le personnel LGBTQIA+ des institutions europ\u00e9ennes, insiste sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de red\u00e9finir le discours autour de cette question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-call-for-inclusive-dialogue\"><strong>Appel au dialogue inclusif<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reconnaissant la complexit\u00e9 de la question, Open@Work appelle \u00e0 une analyse plus inclusive et transparente impliquant toutes les parties prenantes. Le r\u00e9seau attend avec impatience des r\u00e9ponses claires et d\u00e9taill\u00e9es aux questions pos\u00e9es, tant de la part de Rainbow Corporate &amp; Pride que des autorit\u00e9s gouvernementales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce n'est que par le biais d'un dialogue ouvert et collaboratif que des mesures efficaces peuvent \u00eatre identifi\u00e9es et mises en \u0153uvre pour lutter collectivement contre les pratiques pr\u00e9judiciables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-commitment-to-diversity-and-inclusion\"><strong>Engagement en faveur de la diversit\u00e9 et de l'inclusion<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Open@Work r\u00e9affirme son engagement collectif en faveur de l'acceptation et de l'inclusion sur le lieu de travail. La d\u00e9cision de ne pas participer \u00e0 la Brussels Pride a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise par solidarit\u00e9 par les membres qui donnent la priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 la promotion active de la diversit\u00e9 et de l'inclusion parmi le personnel LGBTQIA+.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La proposition de participer uniquement avec le logo Open@Work a \u00e9t\u00e9 jug\u00e9e inad\u00e9quate, car la cr\u00e9ation d'un sentiment d'identit\u00e9 et d'appartenance fait partie int\u00e9grante de la mission du r\u00e9seau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-looking-ahead\"><strong>Perspectives d'avenir<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Malgr\u00e9 la d\u00e9cision de non-participation, Open@Work exprime le souhait de poursuivre sa collaboration avec Rainbow Corporate &amp; Pride \u00e0 l'avenir.
