Nog maar 22 jaar oud, Dromer Isioma schudt nu al het hoofd van honderdduizenden fans over de hele wereld. Op 3 oktober geven ze hun concert "Fxxck the world tour" in de Botanique in Brussel.
Dreamer Isioma is een Amerikaanse singer-songwriter van Nigeriaanse afkomst. En dat is te horen in hun muziek, waarin Afrobeat, rock, funk en r&b-geluiden op briljante wijze worden vermengd. De niet-binaire artiesten maakten naam met "Sensitive", een track die in 2020 viraal ging op TikTok en waarmee ze twee jaar later hun debuut opus getiteld "Goodnight Dreamer" aan een breed publiek konden presenteren. Een opus die door NME werd omschreven als "inventief en het ontdekken waard, evenals pijnlijk coole, gemeenschapsgerichte pop van een toekomstige indieheld".
