Deze tentoonstelling brengt 247 kunstenaars uit Brussel en omgeving samen, met 353 werken vari\u00ebrend van schilderijen tot beeldhouwwerken, video's en installaties. De tentoonstelling is ontworpen als een \"rariteitenkabinet\" en biedt een unieke reis door de artistieke diversiteit van de stad.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gus.world\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/la_Centrale-001cCENTRALE-2024-.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-51418\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gus.world\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Centrale_2024cPhilippe_de_Gobert-01.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-51419\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Hosting<\/em> werd bedacht via een open oproep, waarbij kunstenaars anoniem werden geselecteerd om een brede en inclusieve vertegenwoordiging van zowel gevestigd als opkomend talent te garanderen. Ge\u00efnspireerd door Londens <em>Zomertentoonstelling<\/em> aan de Royal Academy of Arts, <em>Hosting<\/em> benadrukt gastvrijheid, gemeenschap en artistieke solidariteit. De werken nemen alle onlangs gerenoveerde ruimtes van de Centrale in beslag en vormen een levendige momentopname van de Brusselse hedendaagse kunstsc\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image wp-image-51421 size-full\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gus.world\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Badi_Rezzak-Paravent_2023cSynak_Wiktoria-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-51421\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Badi Rezzak. Paravent. 2023 \u00a9 Synak Wiktoria<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bezoekers kunnen deze kunstwerken verkennen terwijl ze deelnemen aan performances, workshops en rondleidingen die worden georganiseerd tijdens de tentoonstelling, die duurt tot februari 2025. De Centrale is omgevormd tot een ruimte waar kunst en gemeenschap elkaar ontmoeten en nodigt het publiek uit om zich onder te dompelen in een open, gastvrije sfeer die creativiteit en dialoog stimuleert.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image wp-image-51422 size-full\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gus.world\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Microbial_Ancestors-pink-2022cAnne-Marie_Maes-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-51422\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Microbi\u00eble voorouders (roze). 2022 \u00a9 Anne-Marie Maes<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De Centrale is gevestigd in een voormalige elektriciteitscentrale in het Sint-Katelijnekwartier en blijft een brandpunt van het Brusselse artistieke en culturele leven. De ruimte heeft nu een nieuw interieur, waardoor het nog toegankelijker en uitnodigender is voor kunstliefhebbers van alle achtergronden.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image wp-image-51423 size-full\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gus.world\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Armand_aux_chats-2023cNicolas_Mayne-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-51423\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Armand aux chats. 2023 \u00a9 Nicolas Mayn\u00e9<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De Centrale voor Hedendaagse Kunst is geopend van woensdag tot zondag, van 10.30 tot 18.00 uur, aan het Sint-Katelijneplein 45, Brussel. Tickets zijn online verkrijgbaar tegen verschillende tarieven, waaronder kortingen voor studenten en senioren. De tentoonstelling maakt ook deel uit van de Brussels Volume Pass, die gecombineerde toegang biedt tot zowel culturele als uitgaansgelegenheden in de stad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
