A Quinceañera coincides with a girl's fifteenth birthday and marks her transition from child to adult. This Latin American celebration, with roots in European debutante balls and traditional rites of passage, has a strong performative element and also a violent aspect. Estefanía Álvarez Ramírez & Luisa Fernanda Alfonso address this in their choreography, attempting to create a new Quinceañera ritual through dance.

MUTAMORPHOSIS is a transdisciplinary project bringing together performances, concerts, DJ sets, and other artistic forms, dedicated to contemporary expressions of hybridity. This second edition is conceived as an evolving research process exploring the transformations of bodies, identities, and genders in our societies.

In Broken English, the fictional Ministry of Not Forgetting reconstructs the life of singer Marianne Faithfull.

European LGBT Choir Festival 5 days of concerts, 120 choirs, 4,000 singers Choirs from 18 countries come to meet you, sharing their culture and pop-rock repertoire in large group performances or intimate concerts for all audiences. The CMT is delighted to welcome participants every day.

This show, presented as part of the Various Voices Brussels 2026 festival, will be an opportunity to look beyond appearances and highlight those who remain in the shadows today.

Each participating choir will give a 30-minute concert during the festival. This ticket gives you access to the concerts of the 40 choirs scheduled for Thursday afternoon.
