Whether you have questions, need guidance, or just want a non-judgmental place to talk, the center provides free and confidential individual appointments.
Free, Confidential, and Individual Appointments
These appointments are available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexible hours to accommodate specific needs. You are welcome to come by yourself or accompanied by someone you trust.
- In Ottignies: 15 rue des deux ponts, 1340 Ottignies
- In Nivelles: 72 rue Samiette, 1400 Nivelles

Community Activities for LGBTQIA+ People
The Maison Arc-en-Ciel also organizes community activities aimed at fostering connection and support among LGBTQIA+ individuals and allies. Some activities take place regularly, while others are scheduled on a one-off basis.
- In Nivelles: Every 1st Tuesday of the month at 6:00 p.m., rue de Mons 10, 1400 Nivelles
- In Ottignies: Every 4th Thursday of the month at 6:00 p.m., rue des deux ponts 15, 1340 Ottignies
