This Friday, French agency Bonne Nuit lands in Brussels to take over the intimate Studio at UMI for a one‑night love letter to house music, movement and shared energy. Behind the decks: Belgian favourite EG and District 10’s Floorfillers, invited for an “exclusive night for Studio lovers” where the focus is on presence rather than hype – limited capacity, no rush, just come early and stay late.
Bonne Nuit x UMI: when a Paris‑born crew meets a queer‑inclusive club
“Some nights ask to exist,” says Bonne Nuit – and this one is tailor‑made for dancers who want to be close to the booth, not lost in a mega‑hall. The agency, known for carefully curated line‑ups and a taste for soulful, groove‑driven sets, takes over UMI’s smaller room, turning it into a club‑within‑a‑club where bodies, sweat and basslines are all part of the same conversation. UMI itself is designed as a safe, inclusive space where art and nightlife converge, making it a natural home for Brussels’ LGBTQIA+ dancers, lovers and crews.

EG & Floorfillers: from festivals to a Studio all‑nighter
EG has carved out a solid place on the Belgian scene as a resident of Soulful Session and a regular at clubs, festivals and radio shows including Fuse, Cabane, Jalousy, Traum, Tomorrowland, Full Circle, Paradise City, Hangar, Voodoo Village, Kiosk and Gimmic. She now brings that experience into UMI’s Studio for the first time, stretching her sound over a full‑night takeover. Floorfillers, from District 10, joins her behind the decks for a session built on classic house values: warm grooves, shared energy and a dancefloor that feels like a community rather than a crowd.
Why it speaks to queer dancers
For LGBTQIA+ clubbers, small‑capacity Studio nights are often where the real magic – and safety – happens. UMI’s mission as a cultural and clubbing hub is to provide a secure, inclusive environment for art and music lovers, with a strong emphasis on respect and consent on the dancefloor. With Bonne Nuit curating and EG leading the musical journey, expect a night where you can actually see your friends, feel the room breathe with you and let go without worrying who is watching.
