Join the Inaugural KET Rainbow Awards 2024: A Platform for Recognizing Inclusion and Diversity
The KET Rainbow Awards are initiated to acknowledge and promote efforts towards diversity, inclusion, and anti-discrimination within the Brussels Capital Region and across Belgium. These awards aim to identify and honor the contributions of individuals, organizations, and initiatives that have significantly advanced the inclusion of the LGBTQIA+ community.

The KET Rainbow Awards include seven categories, each focused on a different aspect of inclusion and diversity:
- Safe Space: For initiatives creating inclusive environments for the LGBTQIA+ community.
- Inclusion in the Workplace: For companies implementing diversity and inclusion practices.
- Non-profit Initiative: For non-profits making significant contributions to the LGBTQIA+ community.
- European Project: For projects promoting LGBTQIA+ rights and inclusion across Europe.
- Inclusive Touristic Initiative: For tourism-related initiatives that are welcoming to the LGBTQIA+ community.
- Inclusive Sports Initiative: For programs promoting inclusivity in sports.
- Best Ally: For individuals or entities supporting the LGBTQIA+ community.
Participation Guidelines
Applications are open until April 22, 2024, for any individual, organization, company, or initiative based in Belgium that supports the inclusion of the LGBTQIA+ community. Applicants are required to submit a presentation of their project, including objectives, target audiences, results achieved, and evidence of the project’s impact. A committee consisting of representatives from KET Magazine, Visites Particulières, visit.brussels, and LGBTQIA+ community experts will evaluate submissions based on criteria like originality, impact, and inclusiveness.
