Who is Madame X? No one knows for sure. A mystery. A rebel. A force of transformation. But on Thursday, April 17th, at Madame Moustache, Brussels will finally come face-to-face with her. And you won’t want to miss it – this is the very first edition of a bold new series.

Curated by Valenciaga, Madame X is a one-night descent into beauty, danger, and desire — where art becomes a weapon and performance is the battleground. Inspired by two icons of rebellion — Madonna’s shape-shifting alter ego and John Singer Sargent’s scandalous portrait — this night is built for those who live to disrupt.
Forget binaries. Forget rules. Madame X is a world where glamour dances with defiance, where every sequin, every shadow, every beat carries meaning. Expect a carefully constructed chaos where identity is fluid, fashion is fierce, and nothing is left to chance.

Taking over the stage: a stellar cast of queer brilliance — Paula Roïd, Dicklan, Krasna, and Amanda Tears — each reinterpreting Madame X in their own electrifying way. With hypnotic visuals, immersive storytelling and magnetic presence, they will take you on a journey through the surreal and the sublime.
Thursday, April 17th – Doors open at 9PM at Madame Moustache.
