What if nightlife wasn’t just about escape — but connection? That’s the vision behind Balagan World, a Brussels-born movement that sees electronic music as more than a soundtrack. It’s a statement. A gathering. A way to build bridges — not just between sounds, but between people.

This July 12th, Balagan World invites dancers, dreamers and free spirits to the rooftop of Silo Brussels for its very first open-air event. From 2 PM to midnight, expect house music in all its radiant forms — Afro, deep, progressive, tech — echoing into the summer sky. A safe, joyful space where everyone is welcome and respect comes naturally.
Behind Balagan are two Brussels-based childhood friends, Johan Kirszner and Alon Zur, who launched the concept after a successful show with Francis Mercier in 2023. What started as a party is now evolving into a cultural force — with events across Europe and a strong belief: that music can unite, elevate, and empower.
With its creative collective of DJs, producers, designers and artists, Balagan World is building more than a club brand — it’s crafting experiences where identity and diversity are celebrated. Whether you’re queer, straight, questioning, introvert or extrovert, here, the only thing that matters is the energy you bring to the dancefloor.
The Line-up: Beats with Soul

– CAIIRO — Afro-house royalty from South Africa, known for high-energy, emotionally resonant sets.
– UNFAZED — Brazilian sensation blending rhythm, spirituality, and fire.
– ROZENTAL — Balagan’s own Brussels-based resident, playing across Europe.
– ESIN BOZ — DJ, producer, and founder of Ruya Antwerp, shaping a more inclusive Belgian scene.
– ANATA and MARTIN SAO PEDRO — seasoned artists bringing groove, emotion, and presence.
At a time when the world feels more divided than ever, Balagan World reminds us of something simple: music is the answer. Dancefloors — when done right — are spaces of healing, openness, and shared joy. This isn’t about trends or clout. It’s about connection.

So bring your light, your uniqueness, and your love for sound. This is Brussels. This is Balagan.
