Two years ago, you helped us save The Crazy Circle from closing its doors. Thanks to your generosity and love, our small bar in the heart of Brussels has been able to remain the vibrant, inclusive, and joyful community space it was always meant to be. Since then, we’ve worked hard to make the Crazy last — to keep celebrating queer joy, sharing safe nights, and welcoming everyone who needs a home away from home.
Back in September, we shared a post about how things were going — it was our first quiet call for help. And you answered. You came to the bar, you shared our message, you offered to collaborate, you sent kind words and encouragement. You gave us air to breathe again. For that, we can’t thank you enough. 💖
But today, we’re facing new challenges that threaten to close our doors once more. The Crazy Circle needs your help again.

Why We Need Your Support
To keep the bar open and safe for everyone, we must carry out urgent fire safety compliance work — essential renovations that simply cannot wait. On top of that, we’re required to pay a new rental guarantee to offset the income loss that will occur while the bar is closed during the works. Altogether, these costs come to €25,000 — a sum beyond what our small, community-based structure can cover alone.
How You Can Help
We’re launching a crowdfunding campaign to raise these funds and keep the Crazy Circle alive. Every donation, every share, every word of support makes a difference. By contributing, you’re not just helping a bar stay open — you’re preserving a safe, affirming space where Brussels’ queer life thrives nightly.
Let’s make sure the Crazy Circle continues to be that bright, warm, defiant space of queer joy — for us, and for all those who still need to find it.
