T-Day 2026 is coming to Brussels on Saturday 4 April, bringing together trans, non-binary and gender-diverse people, their loved ones and allies for a full day of queer community and empowerment. Hosted by Flemish LGBTQ+ organisation çavaria, this annual event offers workshops, talks and creative spaces designed by and for those whose genders don’t fit the cisnormative box. Set in the welcoming surroundings of Maison de la Poste, T-Day 2026 is all about connection, recognition and joyful visibility at the heart of Belgium’s queer capital.
Every year, T-Day creates a much-needed space where trans, non-binary, genderfluid and questioning people can come together without having to explain or justify who they are. The 2026 edition lands in Brussels at Maison de la Poste, a central and accessible venue that makes it easier for people from across Flanders, Brussels and beyond to join. Throughout the day, participants can join conversations on transition journeys, health and affirming care, chosen family and community support, alongside more informal moments to simply meet, talk and be with other gender-diverse people.

The programme mixes more “serious” content with lighter, creative formats. Expect workshops, discussions and safe spaces to share experiences, but also artistic and body-based activities, playful formats and room for spontaneous encounters. The aim is to offer both tools and joy: practical knowledge to navigate medical systems, discrimination and administrative hurdles, and at the same time a celebration of trans and non-binary lives that goes far beyond narratives of struggle. T-Day is a reminder that gender-diverse communities are vibrant, creative and resilient — and deserve spaces that reflect that.
T-Day is explicitly organised as a safer space for trans and gender-diverse people. Partners, friends, family members and allies are welcome too, as long as they come with a willingness to listen, learn and respect the boundaries and needs of those most affected by transphobia. The event is also a great entry point for cis LGBTQ+ people who want to better understand how to support the trans and non-binary people in their lives and communities. By centring trans voices, T-Day bridges different parts of the LGBTQ+ spectrum and strengthens solidarity between communities.
Participation in T-Day 2026 is free, but registration is required so the organisers can make sure every workshop and activity runs smoothly and accessibly. You can find all practical information, including the full programme and the registration form, on çavaria’s official T-Day page at https://www.cavaria.be/Tday2026.
Keep an eye as well on çavaria’s main website at https://www.cavaria.be and their social media channels for updates, language details and any last-minute changes or additions to the line-up. Whether you’re trans, non-binary, questioning, or a committed ally, T-Day 2026 is your invitation to spend a day immersed in gender-diverse joy, community and care in Brussels.
