The ESMOD Paris fashion school is showcasing the artistry of drag in a unique exhibition featuring three former students: Miss Boo, Kitty Space, and Drapeau Blanc. This free exhibition, open to all, highlights an art form that blends fashion, performance, and self-expression. But hurry—it closes on February 27!
Once a niche subculture, drag has gained mainstream recognition thanks to shows like Drag Race France. This exhibition proves that beyond luxury fashion, a successful career in drag design is possible.

Among the highlights is Miss Boo’s stunning pink quilted gown, created for Drag Race France, requiring over 200 hours of work—pure couture craftsmanship! Designer Drapeau Blanc, who also performs as the enchanting drag pirate La Capitaine Grimm, explores the power of transformation through costume. Meanwhile, Kitty Space, a stylist and drag performer, found self-discovery through fashion, embracing her trans identity. Her dazzling pagoda-inspired gown, crafted with sequins, mesh, and gold leaf, is nothing short of breathtaking.

Through this exhibition, ESMOD celebrates the boldness, diversity, and creativity of drag, proving its undeniable influence on fashion. Don’t miss your last chance to see it before it closes on February 27!
