RainbowHouse Brussels has launched its call for projects for Brussels Pride Week 2026, inviting associations, collectives, artists and activists to help shape an edition that will celebrate 30 years of Pride in Brussels. The week will run from 6 to 15 May 2026 and will be held under the theme “When Times Get Darker, We Shine Brighter”.
A Pride Week built by the community
The call is open to anyone wishing to take part in the 10-day programme, with RainbowHouse saying it is looking for projects that highlight LGBTQIA+ visibility, inclusivity, social and political demands, and creative expression. Proposals may include performances, exhibitions, talks, debates, workshops, film screenings, sports activities or community initiatives.

A milestone edition
Brussels Pride 2026 marks 30 years of Pride in the Belgian capital, and the organisers are framing this anniversary as a moment to spotlight resilience, creativity and ongoing struggles within LGBTQIA+ communities. The broader programme is expected to mix local and international initiatives while keeping a strong community focus.
How to apply
The deadline to submit a project is 5 April 2026, and the application form is available online through the RainbowHouse call page. Organisers can be contacted via brusselspride@rainbowhouse.be for further information.
