June 1, 2023 will be a historic day in Belgium as it will mark the 20th anniversary of the law that allowed same-sex marriage in the country. This law was a crucial step forward for equal rights for same-sex couples and paved the way for greater recognition and acceptance of the LGBTQ+ community in Belgium.
In order to celebrate this memorable event, we are delighted to announce a great evening to be held on May 18 at the Design Museum Brussels in Brussels. This evening will be a unique opportunity to come together and celebrate the rights of homosexual couples to marry. We would like to invite all same-sex married couples to join us in celebrating this important anniversary.
The evening will take place within the framework of the new exhibition Queer Graphics of the Design Museum Brussels. This exhibit features graphics, posters, and images that celebrate the history and culture of the LGBTQ+ community. The exclusive evening will be a unique opportunity to discover this exhibition in preview and to meet other people from the community.
We are aware of the importance of this law for the LGBTQ+ community in Belgium, and we hope that this evening will serve to highlight this importance and to celebrate the progress that has been made. Two days before the great festive and protest procession of Pride Brussels 2023, we want to mark this celebration with an exclusive evening that will strengthen ties within the community and celebrate love and equality.
If you are a married homosexual couple and would like to participate in this evening, do not hesitate to contact us. We look forward to meeting you and celebrating this important anniversary together. Together, we can continue to advance rights and equality for all.
